I portray wedding days in a manner as close to reality as possible: no poses, no constructed or pretend scenes, as if I were a guest there, close to the couple but also invisible, so as not to interfere with the natural development of the day’s events.
I capture moments in life, emotions, looks, and gestures; and I show what happens, to deliver an authentic, eternal reminder of the big day.
The service begins with the groom and the bride as they get dressed: special moments that mark the start of the whole story, and which reflect the emotions, nerves and the thrill of anticipation.
This is followed by the wedding ceremony, the “portraits of the couple”, which I take as they spend time with their guests, naturally and without posing, through to cutting the cake and the first dances.
The shots are taken by me and by an assistant, who helps me portray the story of the day.
